Before you start

Have digital copies ready: trade licence and owner NID are mandatory; TIN certificate, company registration, passport and office photographs strengthen the application.
Pay the membership fee before you submit, and have the receipt ready to upload. Applications without a verifiable receipt cannot be approved.
Use the agency's official email address. Approval notices, the membership ID and portal access all go to it.
By applying you agree to be bound by KOBAEC policies. Read them first.
